However, the rapid evolution of AI applications often renders solutions quickly obsolete, raising concerns regarding quality, trust among clinicians, and long-term commitment. Thus, the inevitable need to adapt the latest and better AI solutions prompts a shift towards AI marketplaces, which serve as intermediaries between the demand and supply sides of these offerings.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Design\/methodology\/approach<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>This study proposes the \u201cAI marketplace adoption implementation model\u201d (AIM2) for healthcare. Furthermore, using a three-stage methodology involving Delphi method, analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and ordinal priority approach (OPA), this research identifies AI marketplace critical adoption factors (CAFs) for healthcare.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Findings<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>The study identifies financial and economic factors as primary considerations for healthcare organizations adopting AI marketplaces. These factors are followed closely by technical and quality factors, along with organizational readiness and infrastructure.<\/jats:p>\n                  <\/jats:sec>\n                  <jats:sec>\n                    <jats:title>Originality\/value<\/jats:title>\n                    <jats:p>This is the first attempt to establish a comprehensive framework for AI marketplace adoption.
