A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 373 (62.2%) usable questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in this study.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>In this study, medical professionals\u2019 perceived TTF and LTF as antecedents to their cloud-based e-learning continuance intention and performance outcomes were validated, and medical professionals\u2019 perceived impact on learning had a positive effect on their perceived impact on tasks. Synthetically speaking, this study\u2019s results strongly support the research model with all hypothesized links being significant.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Originality\/value<\/jats:title><jats:p>It is particularly worth mentioning that this study introduces a new construct, \u201cLTF,\u201d to conceptualize, define and measure it, and further contributes to the application of capturing both expectation\u2013confirmation model and CA (i.e. an intrinsic motivator) for completely explaining medical professionals\u2019 perceived TTF and LTF as external variables to their cloud-based e-learning continuance intention and performance outcomes.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec>","DOI":"10.1108\/k-07-2020-0440","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2021,2,20]],"date-time":"2021-02-20T06:14:42Z","timestamp":1613801682000},"page":"210-240","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":25,"title":["Can tasks and learning be balanced?
