The data was analyzed by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS 3.<\/jats:p><\/jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Findings<\/jats:title><jats:p>Results indicated that empowering leadership has a positive association with job engagement and employee creativity in the hospitality industry.
