Prior works typically pre\u2010subdivide singular regions to a fixed depth offline to facilitate efficient runtime tessellation, yet this practice fails to meet view\u2010dependent error requirements for high\u2010fidelity rendering\u2014especially at pixel\u2010level accuracy. Hence, we present EBOAT, a novel direct\u2010evaluation tessellation method that integrates memory\u2010efficient feature\u2010adaptive subdivision via a connectivity\u2010elided representation for singularities, along with a two\u2010phase error control strategy and improved subdivision depth estimation built upon it. With a uniform tessellation level of 64, EBOAT achieves a\n                    <jats:italic>3.8\u00d7\u20134.7\u00d7<\/jats:italic>\n                    speedup over OpenSubdiv, without relying on fixed\u2010depth pre\u2010subdivision. Compared to state\u2010of\u2010the\u2010art breadth\u2010first subdivision, it yields a\n                    <jats:italic>4.2\u00d7\u20137.1\u00d7<\/jats:italic>\n                    speedup while providing more accurate sampling. To further demonstrate its effectiveness, we implement a pixel\u2010accurate CCS surface rendering pipeline with EBOAT fully integrated, and provide an in\u2010depth evaluation of rendering quality. Given its advantages in both performance and accuracy, EBOAT offers a promising alternative for real\u2010time CCS surface rendering in industrial applications.\n
