Significant resistance to challenge infection with <jats:italic>Ancylostoma ceylanicum<\/jats:italic> was elicited in mature DSN hamsters. The serum and mucosal antibody responses were investigated in both quantitative and qualitative terms and changes associated with immunity were identified.
