Contrary to what is expected for markers affected only by gene flow and genetic drift, the spatial correlograms show distinct modes of gene frequency variation: there are significant clinal patterns (at the\n                    <jats:italic>GLO<\/jats:italic>\n                    and\n                    <jats:italic>ESD<\/jats:italic>\n                    loci), significant non\u2010clinal patterns (\n                    <jats:italic>AK, ADA, 6\u2010PGD<\/jats:italic>\n                    and\n                    <jats:italic>GPT<\/jats:italic>\n                    ) and marginally significant patterns (\n                    <jats:italic>PG0P<\/jats:italic>\n                    and\n                    <jats:italic>SGD<\/jats:italic>\n                    ).
