Current approaches often overlook demographic shifts, reducing projection accuracy. To address this, we propose a novel framework that integrates an improved cohort\u2010component model with the PLUS model for multi\u2010scenario population simulation. This integration allows the dynamic coupling of demographic forecasts with land\u2010use change. Our method incorporates policy\u2010sensitive parameters, simulates land\u2010use transitions via random forest under three development scenarios\u2014natural growth, cropland protection, and urban expansion\u2014and downscales population using multi\u2010source POI and geospatial data. Applied to Zhengzhou City at a 30\u2010m resolution, our model demonstrates higher predictive accuracy, evidenced by a lower mean squared error compared to the WorldPop and LandScan datasets, and achieves a substantially better fit (\n                    <jats:italic>R<\/jats:italic>\n                    <jats:sup>2<\/jats:sup>\n                    \u2009=\u20090.76) with the Seventh National Population Census of China data.
