We find potential experience, current job tenure, low education levels, skilled vocational training and part\u2010time or fixed\u2010term employment status are all associated with a lower probability of recent training. In contrast to studies for other countries, we find no evidence of discrimination on the basis of demographic characteristics in the provision of this job\u2010related training.
