Tension tests were used to evaluate the material properties of the stiffened panels. The tests were made on panels with two half bays plus one full bay in the longitudinal direction. Initial loading cycles were used to eliminate the residual stresses of the stiffener panels. The strain gauges were set on the plates and the stiffeners to record the strain histories. The displacement load relationship was established.
