The primary objectives of this methodology were multifaceted, aiming to cultivate an early appreciation for research, enhance students\u2019 proficiency in utilizing academic databases, increase engagement in ongoing research projects, explore the practical applicability of Numerical Methods, and develop foundational skills in article analysis and critical appraisal. This initiative sought to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, empowering students to become active participants in the academic research environment.<\/jats:p>\n                  <jats:p>A subsequent feedback survey assessed student perceptions and the assignment\u2019s impact. Feedback gathered from 33 participants revealed high overall satisfaction with the course structure and confirmed that the assignment significantly enhanced database navigation skills, understanding of the research process, and appreciation for the practical relevance of numerical methods learned in class.
