The Integrated Re-warm-up soccer protocol, performed by G2, consisted of 6 FIFA 11+ power exercises and a small-sided game. Performance was measured using a 20-m sprint and countermovement jump at baseline (post-warm-up) and after the half-time intervention. A 2-way analysis of variance (group \u00d7 time)\u00a0was conducted for analysis, with effect sizes reported as partial eta squared (\n                    <jats:inline-formula\/>\n                    ).\n                    <jats:bold>\n                      <jats:italic>Results<\/jats:italic>\n                    <\/jats:bold>\n                    <jats:italic>:<\/jats:italic>\n                    A time \u00d7 group interaction was found for sprint performance (\n                    <jats:italic>F<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u20096.66,\n                    <jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u2009.019,\n                    <jats:inline-formula\/>\n                    ), favoring the experimental group (G1: \u22120.25\u00a0s vs G2: \u22120.40\u00a0s). For countermovement jump performance, no time \u00d7 group interaction was observed (\n                    <jats:italic>F<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u20092.66,\n                    <jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u2009.483,\n                    <jats:inline-formula\/>\n                    ), although a main effect of time effect was detected (\n                    <jats:italic>F<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u200910.34,\n                    <jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2009=\u2009.005,\n                    <jats:inline-formula\/>\n                    ); both groups showed a decrease in jump height, but to a lesser extent in the re-warm-up group (G1: \u22122.85\u00a0cm vs G2: \u22121.82\u00a0cm).\n                    <jats:bold>\n                      <jats:italic>Conclusions<\/jats:italic>\n                    <\/jats:bold>\n                    <jats:italic>:<\/jats:italic>\n                    A brief 3-minute re-warm-up protocol implemented at halftime improved sprint performance compared to passive rest.
