This accumulation could be blocked by interrupting the neurons closer to their cell bodies. Competitive binding studies with the \u03b2\n            <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n            agonist Zinterol suggested that the accumulated \u03b2-receptors were primarily of the \u03b2\n            <jats:sub>1<\/jats:sub>\n            subtype.
