Czech. Chem. Commun."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1991]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>The energy changes associated with the formation of double selenates of the schoenite type were studied. By using the Filippov eutonic method, the \u0394<jats:italic>G<\/jats:italic>\u00b0 values were obtained directly for the  formation of the (NH<jats:sub>4<\/jats:sub>)<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>M(SeO<jats:sub>4<\/jats:sub>)<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>.<jats:italic>m<\/jats:italic>H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O salts with M = Mn, Co, Ni, Zn and Cd and <jats:italic>m<\/jats:italic> = 6 except for Cd, for which <jats:italic>m<\/jats:italic> = 2. The \u0394<jats:italic>G<\/jats:italic>\u00b0 values are comparable with those for the analogous potassium salts and they lie within the range of \u201313.9 to \u201345.9 kJ mol<jats:sup>-l<\/jats:sup>.
