Simul."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>A fibre composite consists of two materials bonded at an interface. There are fractures on the interfaces along which the phases are isolated. Maxwell's approach is applied to deduce a new analytical formula for the effective conductivity for such dilute composites with perfectly conducting inclusions.
