When the damped effect is large enough, we prove that the solutions of both the damped stochastic NLS equation and the splitting scheme are exponentially stable and possess some exponential integrability. These properties show that the strong order of the scheme is $\\frac 12$ and independent of time. Additionally, we analyze the regularity of the Kolmogorov equation with respect to the stochastic NLS equation. As a consequence, the weak order of the scheme is shown to be 1 and independent of time.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1137\/17m1154904","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,12]],"date-time":"2018-07-12T20:06:08Z","timestamp":1531425968000},"page":"2045-2069","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":36,"title":["Analysis of a Splitting Scheme for Damped Stochastic Nonlinear Schr\u00f6dinger Equation with Multiplicative Noise"],"prefix":"10.1137","volume":"56","author":[{"given":"Jianbo","family":"Cui","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]},{"given":"Jialin","family":"Hong","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"vocabulary":"crossref","role":"author"}]}],"member":"351","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,10]]},"reference":[{"key":"atypb1","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.4208\/jcm.1701-m2016-0525"},{"key":"atypb2","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1137\/15M101049X"},{"key":"atypb3","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1080\/00036819508840335"},{"key":"atypb4","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1016\/j.na.2016.02.010"},{"key":"atypb5","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1137\/15M1008762"},{"key":"atypb6","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1137\/16M1056122"},{"key":"atypb7","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","DOI":"10.1137\/151005208"},{"key":"atypb8","first-page":"274","volume":"4","author":"Chen C.","year":"2016","journal-title":"Stoch.
