Biochem."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1979,7,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> The relationship between two DNA polymerase \u03b1 species from mammalian tissues has been resolved with the isolation of a protease from rat thymus which converts the larger \u03b1 polymerase (7.3S) to a smaller (5.4S) size.
