It was shown to be balanced only in the case [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are twin primes or [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are cousin primes with [Formula: see text]. In the case [Formula: see text], where [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are two distinct primes, a modification of the binary two-prime Sidelnikov sequence is proposed in this paper. We show that the new defined sequence is always balanced.
