Manual segmentation of the liver and tumors from CT images is time-consuming and subjective. While computer-aided segmentation has been widely adopted, segmenting liver metastases remains challenging due to the variability in shape, size and contrast. In this study, we propose a 2D network model (RL-RCUNet) that enhances the UNet architecture by incorporating an LSK module to address the issue of incomplete receptive fields. Additionally, an improved RF-CBAM module is added to the skip connections to optimize parameter sharing.
