In this paper, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based resource orchestration approach is proposed to manage the slicing of licensed and unlicensed spectrum in the proposed HetNet. We employ the concept of dynamic resource allocation that is estimated based on measurements of the femtocell\u2019s users\u2019 demand in the hotspot zone. Furthermore, using optimal resource allocation makes it possible to fine-tune the orchestration approach performance and dynamically adjust the spectrum according to the Wi-Fi user\u2019s social variations. On the other hand, to mitigate or avoid cross-tier or inter-interference in the macro cellular network environment, the femtocells are based on a dedicated spectrum. We develop a realistic analytical model to validate the simulation roaming of users with the handover facility.
