This paper constructs a new visual training technology framework, which designs targeted visual training programs according to the binocular fusion function of each individual. These programs include, but are not limited to, adjusting visual distance, changing visual contrast, and simulating different visual scenes. High-precision eye trackers and computer vision technology are used for real-time monitoring and feedback, and virtual reality (VR) technology is used to enhance the interactivity and immersion of training, so that each training module can be adjusted in time according to individual performance; the training cycle is 12 weeks, and the training content is gradually progressive within the cycle, adjusted according to individual differences, and each training stage is dynamically optimized according to individual feedback and performance. This paper establishes a long-term tracking mechanism to evaluate the improvement of binocular fusion function at fixed time intervals, and makes necessary adjustments to the training program based on the evaluation results. The experimental results show that the training method proposed in this paper has an accuracy of 94% and an RT of 0.9 s in 60 min of training time, which effectively improves binocular fusion function.
