One way to identify BCC is by employing the dielectric modulation (DM) approach, which involves finding dielectric constant (DC) values (K). The heterojunction design of the DM-HUS-JLTFET device enhances the stability and sensitivity because charge carriers can more easily transition across bands. The gate controller over the channel area is significantly enhanced by using the low-bandgap material engineering approach. The proposed dielectric modulated TFET-based biosensor evaluates the performance of the devie by analyzing the device metrics like subthreshold slope (SS) and the switching current ratio [Formula: see text]. Device sensitivity is assessed through parameters such as Subthreshold Swing (SS), Ion\/Ioff sensitivity, threshold voltage sensitivity (Svth), on current and subthreshold slope.
