Bifurcation Chaos"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2004,9]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> This paper illustrates the recent phenomenon of chaotic beats in a modified version of Chua's circuit, driven by two sinusoidal inputs with slightly different frequencies. In order to satisfy the constraints imposed by the beats dynamics, a novel implementation of the voltage-controlled characteristic of the Chua diode is proposed.
