J. Bifurcation Chaos"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2004,11]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> A new reactive model of three dynamical variables is proposed, which exhibits Hopf and Wave instabilities. One-dimensional evolutions of this model reveal several kinds of oscillations. A perturbative stability analysis around the stationary fixed point, leads to amplitude equations for the excited modes in the system.
