Bifurcation Chaos"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2010,3]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> In this paper, we present results concerning a natural extension of the class of heterogeneous preferential attachment models, a generalization of the Barab\u00e1si\u2013Albert model to heterogeneous networks. In this extended class, the network nodes enjoy a nonzero attractiveness even when their connectivity degrees are zero.
