J. Bifurcation Chaos"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2019,2]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> In this paper, we present a derivation of Chesnavich\u2019s Hamiltonian for a model ion-molecule reaction. The model system has the basic structure of a rigid body coupled to a structureless particle.
