This paper explores the role of call graphs in simplifying software maintenance and debugging. It highlights how call graphs significantly improve developers\u2019 understanding of system architectures and function interactions, reducing the time spent on manual code exploration. Furthermore, the paper explores recent advancements in call graph techniques, particularly the integration of machine learning and deep learning models with traditional call graph approaches.
