There is also a guarantee on the quality of the simplices: they cannot be too at. The algorithm provides an alternative tool to the weighting or refinement methods to re-move poorly shaped simplices in Delaunay triangulations of arbitrary dimension, but in addition it provides a guarantee of stability for the resulting triangulation.
[[2014,12,10
["DELAUNAY STABILITY VIA PERTURBATIONS
Johann Bernoulli Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands
[[2014,12,9
["International Journal of Computational Geometry & Applications
[[2019,8,6
[[2014,6
[[2014,12,9
2014,6
10.1142/S021819591450006X
["0218-1959","1793-6357
[[2014,6]]}}}
