Algebra Comput."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2008,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> This is the final paper in a series of four, concerning the surface \ud835\udd4b \u00d7 \ud835\udd4b embedded in \u2102\u2119<jats:sup>8<\/jats:sup>, where \ud835\udd4b is the one-dimensional torus. In this paper we compute the fundamental group of the Galois cover of the surface with respect to a generic projection onto \u2102\u2119<jats:sup>2<\/jats:sup>, and show that it is nilpotent of class 3.
