Algebra Comput."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1999,2]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>In this paper we compare the block product of C-varieties which we have defined in a previous paper to the two other constructions which were proposed on the one hand by D. Th\u00e9rien and on the other hand by P. Jones and S. Pustejovsky. We prove that these three notions are equivalent.
