Ambiguity, as distinguished from risk, is explicitly introduced by means of capacities and Choquet Expected Utility. It is shown that constitutional constraints are necessary to prevent private individuals from being exploited by public individuals whenever citizens feel a too high level of ambiguity. <\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1142\/s0219198907001278","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2007,5,7]],"date-time":"2007-05-07T11:56:22Z","timestamp":1178538982000},"page":"59-66","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["CONSTITUTIONAL CONSTRAINTS UNDER AMBIGUITY: A GAME-THEORETIC APPROACH"],"prefix":"10.1142","volume":"09","author":[{"given":"MARCELLO","family":"BASILI","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"DEPFTD, University of Siena, Italy"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"FULVIO","family":"FONTINI","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Department of Economics, University of Padua, Italy"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"219","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2011,11,20]]},"reference":[{"key":"rf1","volume-title":"The Reasons of Rules: Constitutional Political Economy","author":"Brennan G.","year":"1985"},{"key":"rf2","volume-title":"Uncertain Decision: Bridging Theory and Experiments","author":"Camerer C.
