Mgmt."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2004,9]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> The increase in interest in representing business processes using workflow models necessitates considering means to improving workflow modeling process. This can be achieved through several different approaches; including improvement in the representation itself, better uncertainty handling, reactive as well as proactive means to handle dynamic changes in the workflow environment, among others.
