Info. Know. Mgmt."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,9]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> Recently it has been observed a proliferation of knowledge management (KM) projects in many organisations. This phenomenon was driven by the increasing popularity of the knowledge-based view of the firm; which regards knowledge as a key competitive resource. However studies showed that a large proportion of KM initiatives fail. As a result a number of actors in both academia and the practitioner world are calling for a new approach of KM. One promising approach is knowledge mobilisation (KMob). This paper suggested a new method for building a KMob capability using mobile information and communication technologies (M-ICT).
