Mgmt."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2026,2]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>This study examines the impact of green perceived organisational support on employee green loyalty (GL) within Shandong\u2019s manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on the mediating role of individual green attitudes. A quantitative methodology was employed, using a structured survey distributed to employees across various manufacturing organisations in Shandong. The results reveal that green organisational support significantly enhances personal green satisfaction (GS) and green trust (GT), which in turn positively influence employee GL. To foster a committed workforce, the findings highlight the importance of aligning an organisation\u2019s sustainability initiatives with employee values and broader climate action goals. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of employee retention in the sustainability context and offers practical insights into how green practices can enhance employee loyalty in business
