Semantic Computing"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2015,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> In this paper, we categorize \u201csemantics\u201d into \u201ctaxonomical semantics\u201d, \u201csyntactical semantics\u201d and \u201cformal semantics\u201d. We propose a declarative meta-language SCDL-NL as the foundation of a general annotation language in which \u201ctaxonomical and syntactical semantic\u201d information of a sentence can be clearly defined.
