Appl."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2015,9]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> In this paper, we introduce new definitions of the Gray weight and the Gray map for linear codes over \u2124<jats:sub>9<\/jats:sub> + u\u2124<jats:sub>9<\/jats:sub> with u<jats:sup>2<\/jats:sup> = u. Some results on self-dual codes over this ring are investigated. Further, the structural properties of quadratic residue codes are also considered.
