Comput."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2025,8]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> With the rapid development of coastal wind power in China, offshore wind power projects bring new momentum to energy transformation. However, they also pose severe challenges to the navigational safety of surrounding vessels. This paper takes the construction of the Fengxian offshore wind farm as an example. Analyzes the impact of offshore wind power construction on navigation environment, waterway, ship maneuvering behavior, accident risk, and other aspects. Using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method to conduct the risk factors about offshore wind power. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to obtain a comprehensive score for the navigational risk of offshore wind farms. The calculate final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result is 62.9 points. The risk level of the wind farm project to vessel navigation safety is classified as moderate risk, indicating that the current navigation safety of the wind farm is generally appropriate.
