B"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1993,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> Multilayers of different Co and Re thickness were studied using RBS\/ Channeling combined with hyperfine interaction techniques. We observe interface sharpness for film thickness down to a few monolayers. The magnetic hyperfine field corresponds to the well\u2013known bulk hcp value but slightly depends on the layer thickness.
