Phys. Lett. B"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1994,5,10]]},"abstract":"<jats:p> We discuss near collisions of equally charged particles in a quantum Coulomb many body system. Using the three-body dominance of near collisions at low energies, we may restrict the study to a system of two positively charged and one negatively charged particle in a box, with periodic boundary conditions. The main low energy collision states are found to be at the top of the negative energy bands.
