In the case where [Formula: see text] is indecomposable, we prove that the [Formula: see text]-linear isomorphisms between partial flag incidence algebras [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are exactly those induced by poset isomorphisms between [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text].
