SCESM'04 continues the very successful preceding workshops on this topic, which include a workshop on scenariobased round-trip engineering at OOPSLA 2000, two SCESM workshops at ICSE 2002 [1] and ICSE 2003 [2], and a Dagstuhl Seminar in September 2003 [3]. SCESM'04 has followed this tradition and brought together researchers and practitioners interested in advancing models, algorithms and tools for scenario- and state-oriented approaches to software and systems engineering.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1145\/1039174.1039186","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2005,1,26]],"date-time":"2005-01-26T16:49:14Z","timestamp":1106758154000},"page":"2","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1145\/crossmark-policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":2,"title":["A summary of the ICSE 2004 workshop on \"scenarios and state machines"],"prefix":"10.1145","volume":"30","author":[{"given":"Holger","family":"Giese","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Paderborn, Germany"}]},{"given":"Ingolf","family":"Kr\u00fcger","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of California, San Diego, CA"}]}],"member":"320","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2005,1]]},"reference":[{"key":"e_1_2_1_1_1","volume-title":"ICSE Workshop on Scenarios and State Machines: Model, Algorithms and Tools (SCESM'02)","author":"First","year":"2002","unstructured":"First ICSE Workshop on Scenarios and State Machines: Model, Algorithms and Tools (SCESM'02) , 2002 .
