The revised treatment is described in a paper \"Integrated Macro Processing in Procedural Languages,\" preprints of which may be obtained from me. The paper contains a general discussion of the sort of macro facilities illustrated in the talk and a detailed definition of a programming language containing the facilities. This is an illustrative language created only for the paper and is quite different from EPS. The status of EPS is uncertain.
