Notes"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2007,7]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>\n            REFSQ'07 took place over the 11\n            <jats:sup>th<\/jats:sup>\n            and 12\n            <jats:sup>th<\/jats:sup>\n            June 2007 in the beautiful Norwegian city of Trondheim. It was attended by 47 people from 14 countries, who came to present and\/or discuss 27 papers, the insights they offered and the issues they raised. During the course of the two days, a number of recurrent and important themes emerged.
