N\u00fcrnberg is a Managing Partner of Xtructure, LLC, a company founded in 2002 to provide network modeling and simulation tools. He received his M.S. (1994) and Ph.D. (1997) in Computer Science at Texas A&amp;M University, working on hypermedia and structural computing infrastructures. He spent two years at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, before moving to Aalborg University Esbjerg, Dennmark. He also spent one year at Graz University of Technology, Austria.
