Rev."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1998,10]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>The Global Mobile Information Systems (GloMo) is a a multi-organization program funded by the U.S Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The most recent GloMo Principal Investigators (PI) meeting was held in Washington D.C between July 28--30, 1998. As part of this meeting, a number of technologies developed within this program were demonstrated to a wide variety of audiences.
