Their award-winning paper can be found in the SIGMIS CPR 2009 Conference Proceedings, available in the ACM Digital Library at: http:\/\/portal.acm.org\/dl.cfm.<\/jats:p>\n The annual SIGMIS Business Meeting was held at the close of the conference.
