Rev."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,11,7]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>We proposes CPM, a participation management framework that enables cost-efficient task distribution in crowdsensing applications. The core enablers of CPM include participation pattern learning, incentive modeling, and cost-optimized task allocation.
