I have here with me Sudipto Das, who is a researcher at Microsoft and the recipient of the 2013 SIGMOD Jim Gray Doctoral Dissertation Award, which is for his dissertation entitled 'Scalable and Elastic Transactional Data Stores for Cloud Computing Platforms'.
