It is an\n            <jats:italic>end-to-end testbed<\/jats:italic>\n            , meaning that it supports experiments not just with mobile end-user devices but also with a cellular core network that can be configured and extended with new technologies. This article introduces PhantomNet and presents a road map for its future development.
