The workshop was motivated by a preceding Dagstuhl Seminar 18182 in which the participants agreed on founding of a workshop series for promoting and advancing the research of software-intensive business.<\/jats:p>\n          <jats:p>This workshop paid special attention on the four modern themes of software- intensive business: engineering for software business, software ecosystems, education and software business, and software as a service.
