Sadly, the global pandemic meant we were unable to physically host the conference in Dunedin, New Zealand as planned; but, looking at the situation as a \"glass half full\" kind of thing, we embraced the opportunity to experiment with a new online format, and try out several new ideas for engaging the ICER community.
